A classroom educator first
Tiffany N. Mann has spent more than 15 years in education — teaching elementary grades and serving as an Instructional Coach and Assistant Principal. She has worked across traditional public schools, charter schools, private schools, and homeschooling, giving her a rare view of how reading instruction actually plays out in very different settings.
She describes herself as "a passionate educator…dedicated to shaping young minds and fostering a culture of learning," with a mission to "inspire individuals to lead peaceful and purposeful lives."
Outside of school, Tiffany is a wife and a mother of four — three boys and one girl.
Mangrove Prep
In 2023 Tiffany founded Mangrove Prep in Port St. Lucie, Florida — a flexible enrichment center for boys ages 8–14, approved through the Florida education marketplace. She built it to create "a community that fosters connection, collaboration, and creativity in a way that appeals to boys."
Mangrove Prep's approach is personalized instruction, collaborative projects, and critical thinking — a place where students "can think critically, explore ideas creatively, and grow in character." Its tagline says the rest:
"Strong Roots. Stronger Futures."
Why she built KlickTutor
Working directly with readers who needed intervention, Tiffany ran into the same wall every structured-literacy tutor hits: the tools available track schedules and invoices, but nothing tracks the reading itself — which phonics patterns are mastered, whether fluency is climbing, where a student sits in the assessment cycle.
So that work lived on spreadsheets and printouts. KlickTutor grew out of that gap — designed from a practicing educator's workflow rather than a software company's guess at one. Tiffany shapes what KlickTutor becomes, and uses it with her own students.
