Strong roots. Stronger readers.
KlickTutor is the system of record for structured-literacy tutoring — built so the skills that actually predict reading success are tracked, visible, and easy to share.
Our vision
A world where no child's reading struggle goes unseen — where every tutor can show, with evidence, exactly how a reader is growing and what to teach next.
Our mission
To give private reading-intervention tutors a purpose-built system of record — phonics-skill mastery, WCPM fluency, and the full diagnostic → formative → progress → annual assessment cycle — so progress is documented, trends are visible, and families can see the growth.
Why KlickTutor was created
KlickTutor started with a working tutor, not a whiteboard. It was designed alongside an educator running real structured-literacy sessions with real students — and tracking all of it on spreadsheets, printed forms, and memory.
That's not a discipline problem. It's a tooling gap. Every tutoring-admin product on the market — scheduling tools, billing tools, lesson-note tools — stops at a free-text box. None of them track the things structured literacy actually runs on: which phonics patterns a student has mastered, whether fluency is climbing, and where each reader sits in the assessment cycle.
So the most important data in a reader's life ended up in places it couldn't be seen, compared, or shared. KlickTutor was built to close exactly that gap.
The problem we solve
Skill mastery lives on paper
Phonics patterns, heart words, and decoding skills are tracked per lesson — not buried in a notebook.
Progress is hard to prove
Trends over time, per student, ready to show a parent or attach to a scholarship file.
Assessment cycles get missed
Diagnostic, formative, progress-monitoring, and annual assessments in one place, with cadence reminders.
Parent updates take hours
A friendly, jargon-free parent report — shared as a read-only link you can revoke any time.
Nothing is exportable
Every student's full record exports to CSV or prints cleanly when you need a paper trail.
Data isn't really yours
Your records stay yours, separate from whatever tool you use to meet with students.
